All of the CCHL Scorekeeping is now performed in GameSheet, however in cases where an iPad may not be available, a paper scoresheet with roster stickers will be required until the team manager can transfer the data into GameSheet. The sticker template and link to purchase paper scoresheets are provided.

Official USA Hockey Scoresheets – Per CCHL rules, old CCHL scoresheets are no longer permitted. If you must use a paper scoresheet instead of GameSheet, it must be an official USAH Scoresheet.

Contingency Plan if no iPad is available for a CCHL League Game

If no iPad is available for a CCHL League Game, the scorekeeper should record the game using a paper scoresheet. Current roster stickers should be applied by both teams, or each team manager should accurately and legibly enter their team rosters on the scoresheet, including jersey numbers. Indicate which player is the Goaltender. Rosters MUST be accurate and be the same as the official USAH roster at the time the game started. Head coaches must sign the scoresheet prior to the game. Referees must sign the scoresheet and make any game notes after the game.

Coaches and referees must be advised that the game will be transferred to GameSheet at a later time, and the Home team Manager will be signing the GameSheet app on behalf of them in order to finalize the game to get it into the League standings and stats.

If you are managing the home team, and your game data was not entered in real time using GameSheet on an iPad, you will need to enter the game results within 48 hours using the Gamesheet app. This will include all scoring, penalties, referee notes, etc. The Home Team Manager will sign the GameSheet app on behalf of the coaches and officials, and finalize the game. This should be done as soon as practically possible after the completion of the game.

Provide USAH 1T Roster to the CCHL

Team Manager's must send the official USA Hockey 1T roster for each team they are managing. This will usually be provided to you by your Club Registrar. Please email the 1T link to capitalcorridorhl@gmail.com. The subject of the email should indicate that this is your 1T roster. For example:

Apart from any USAH or internal club requirements for team managers, this is all that is required by the CCHL.
