- 9/1/2026 – Pre-Season Meeting for Presidents and Club Reps. Season fees to be announced
- 9/3/2026– Schedulers Meeting/CCHL to provide match-ups to clubs
- 9/14/2026– Club Schedulers to provide home game schedules to CCHL
- 9/22/2026 – CCHL Schedule finalized and posted (publicly available on CCHL Website)
- 10/1/2026 – Clubs invoiced for league fees
- 10/2/2026 – 1-T Links for all CCHL teams must be provided to CCHL by member clubs
- 10/6/2026 – Team Manager’s Meeting (Mandatory for all team managers or Club Reps)
- 10/10/2026 – Opening Weekend for CCHL League play
- 10/31/2026 – CCHL League fees due
- 11/20/2026– Last day to reschedule games, except for extenuating circumstances
- 12/31/2026 – Rosters Frozen – no team may make changes to their player rosters after 12/31/2026 for the remainder of the season, including for the Joe Loschiavo Memorial Cup
- 2/14/2027 – Last day for League Games
- 2/20/2027 – 2/21/2027 – First weekend of Joe Loschiavo Memorial Cup; 18U and 14U Divisions
- 2/27/2027 – 2/28/2027 – Second weekend of Joe Loschiavo Memorial Cup; 12U and 10U Divisions
