8/28/2025 – Pre-Season Meeting for Presidents and Club Reps. Season fees to be announced
9/4/2025 – Schedulers Meeting/CCHL to provide match-ups to clubs
9/15/2025 – Club Schedulers to provide home game schedules to CCHL
9/23/2025 – CCHL Schedule finalized and posted (publicly available on CCHL Website)
9/26/2025 – Team Manager’s Meeting (Mandatory for all team managers or Club Reps)
10/1/2025 – Clubs invoiced for league fees
10/4/2025 – 1-T Links for all CCHL teams must be provided to CCHL by member clubs
10/11/2025 – Opening Weekend for CCHL League play
10/31/2025 – CCHL League fees due
11/21/2025 – Last day to reschedule games, except for extenuating circumstances
12/31/2025 – Rosters Frozen – no team may make changes to their player rosters after 12/31/2025 for the remainder of the season, including for the Joe Loschiavo Memorial Cup
2/15/2026 – Last day for League Games
2/21/2026 – 2/22/2026 – Anticipated first weekend of Joe Loschiavo Memorial Cup
2/28/2026 – 3/1/2026 – Anticipated second weekend of Joe Loschiavo Memorial Cup
